Bee pollen is one of nature’s most complete “superfoods” and has been used for thousands of years due to its health giving properties. Bee pollen contains an incredible array of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes & co-enzymes. It is especially rich in B vitamins and antioxidants which is why some make the very large claim that it may be nature’s most perfect food!
What is Bee Pollen?
Bee Pollen is the accumulation of flower pollen collected by foraging honey bees which is given to worker bees who then adds some nectar and packs it all into delicious sweet tasting granules. These granules are then harvested by bee keepers in a sustainable way so as not to disrupt the balance of the bee colony’s ecosystem.
Recommended dosage 1-2 tsp. daily
