Recommended dosage 1-2 tsp. daily

Introduce into your diet gradually. Use approximately 1-2 teaspoons a day. Can be eaten raw as a healthy snack or can be sprinkled on cereal, muesli, porridge, or yogurt. It can also be stirred into warm drinks or blended into smoothies and desserts.
