Silica Liquid Eidon


Of all the minerals important for good health, silica is by far the most underrated and misunderstood mineral of all. It is the seventh most prevalent element in human tissue after calcium. Research  performed at the UCLA School of Public Health, showed silica to be essential in collagen formation and connective tissue strength.

Food High in Silica:
Rice hulls, oats, millet, barley, potatoes, husks of whole grain, Jerusalem artichoke, red beets, corn, asparagus, rye and horsetail herb are good sources of silica.

Remember: Should not be used as a substitute for a varied/balanced diet
