These are the terms and conditions for healthyhabs.com for all goods ordered through this website. They are intended to be fair to you as the customer. As a consumer these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
By purchasing from us you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as by our returns policy. These are the sole terms and conditions upon which healthyhabs.com operates, no alteration of these terms and conditions shall be considered valid.
Warranties and Safety Policy

All healthyhabs.com prices are displayed in Euro and all charges will be in Euro. healthyhabs.com reserves the right to change our prices without notice on our website
When confirmation of your order is received, it is an indication that your order has been obtained for processing. It does not indicate that a contract exists between the two parties. healthyhabs.com will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between the seller and purchaser when an invoice is sent. This term is to protect in case of an error in pricing or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product for valid reasons.
If an ordered item is not in stock, healthyhabs.com will email you before deciding how to proceed.
healthyhabs.com aims to deliver your order as soon as payment is received. Orders will normally be received by the customer within 2 to 3 working days. International orders are generally received in under six working days.
Your order will not be accepted until payment is received in full, in the case of cheques until your funds have been cleared. Cheques, Bank Drafts and Postal orders should be made out to Sol Productions Ltd.

Customers should inspect the goods on receipt to make sure all items are present and were not damaged during transit. Customers must inform us with 3 days of receiving a parcel if there is an item missing.
Taxable items will have 23% VAT (sales tax) added.
We do not keep records of your credit card details and you will need to re-enter such details every time you make a purchase
As we do our utmost to ensure that all purchases are packaged and packed properly healthyhabs.com will not be held responsible for goods damaged unless such damage can be attributed to and agreed upon by healthyhabs.com
Purchases lost in the post are non refundable unless insured, this can be arranged prior to shipping over the phone
Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. You, the customer would be responsible for making sure that buying any product from healthyhabs.com is allowed by law in your country
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of products purchased or if goods arrived damaged you must contact our sales office within 3 days from receipt of order for a returns authorisation email. We will promptly refund or exchange products found to be faulty. Items must be returned in their original condition or in the condition they were delivered to you the customer. healthyhabs.com may ask for an emailed photo of damaged goods to save on returns shipping costs.
